According to a recent survey carried by Direct Line Pet Insurance, 49% of the UK dogs had the best Christmas this year. Their owners planned out a special dinner for their cute and cuddly friends. It was really a unique sight where love reflected in the most amazing manner. Not only this, the dogs were literally pampered with fantastic gifts such as shiny new collars, leads and also the finest dress.

On the other hand, some of the other dog owners of UK took their dogs for a walk along with their families. Seems cute enough but, it was undoubtedly the ‘49%’ who stole the show completely. These dog owners actually bought up an excellent example of love and as well as respect. Spending lavishly for your pet does seem infeasible but then hey, doesn’t your dog become your best friend when no one’s around?

The editor of K9 magazine, Ryan O’Meara had expressed his feelings regarding the special event. He had said that it would definitely turn out to be an extremely delightful sight. And indeed, the 2011 Christmas will always be remembered by the lucky UK dogs.
